Returns, Replacements & Faulty Products

Claims for faulty, missing goods or incorrectly shipped orders must be received within  30 days of delivery. If any products are returned, they remain at the buyers expense until BalloonShop.com.au has verified the fault with the manufacturer. Goods that have been found to have manufacturing flaws will be replaced by the manufacturer or with a full refund. A copy invoice must also be returned with the goods if possible.

Please also note. Balloon Shop will not replace foil balloons which have been:

  • Overblown (as indicated by tears along the seam area) burned, or have puncture holes, poorly sealed (as evidenced by wrinkles in the neck of a heat-sealed balloon when supplied flat), exposed to moisture of any form, roughly handled, improperly stored, or balloons exposed to high temperatures or direct sunlight;

BallonShop.com.au only accepts change of mind returns within 30 days of the invoice date of the ordered items, this rule also applies to first time orders. Once the returned goods have been received and inspected (they must be in the same condition as when delivered, unopened and unused) a refund will be processed to your credit card for the value of the returned goods.

Payment must be finalised before goods will be shipped. Payment can be made by paypal, apple pay and credit card.

Shipping, Handling & Tracking

We strive to send out all orders the same day they are placed, however this cannot always be achieved. The default option for shipping is express however some items which are bulky won't be shipped by express post. Our team will inform you if this is the case. 

Because a third party carrier is used we cannot be held accountable for anything that happens to the goods once they are received for by the courier, If a carrier is at fault for the disappearance or damage of an order under their care, you will be refunded in full by the carrier. The tracking number is located on the customer invoice under the shipping method, It is also located in the email sent to the customer confirming that the order has shipped.

BalloonShop.com.au do not accept any liability or make any warranty in relation to the goods except as provided herein or as required by law. Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the purchase price of the goods. Balloon Shop will not be liable for any loss or damage which is consequential, indirect or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
