Who runs BalloonShop.com.au?

Balloon Shop is an Australian organisation based in Melbourne, built in 2020 and run by a professional team with a strong sense of humour and work ethic. We take great pleasure in ensuring your party or event is a major success with our awesome balloons and party supplies.

We have one of the largest collections of balloons for sale in Australia, all online, and dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse by Toll express shipping.

We also have a small selection of party supplies to compliment your balloon purchase.

Are your balloons good quality and legit?

Absolutely Yes! Our authorised and licensed balloons are 100 % legitimate. We also work closely with several vendors to ensure that our balloons are of the highest quality and remain true to the original creators of the content. Our balloons are sourced from leading manufacturers like Anagram and Qualatex who hold the exclusive rights to most licensed balloons. We do not sell counterfeit balloons. 

Do you have a shop?

Unfortunately, at this moment, we don't have a physical shop for you to check out our balloons in store. We also do not offer a click and collect service. 

Can I pay extra to have Express Shipping?

If your order is placed before 1 pm AEST Monday to Friday, we can deliver to you in most metropolitan areas the next business day. Our carrier is Toll Ipec. When you’re order is placed, we will notify you within 24 hours with everything you need to track your order.

When will I receive my order?

We provide same day shipping on all orders made before 11am AEST Monday through Friday, except WA and NT locations which have a 2-3 day turnaround. If your order is super large or heavy (like a helium tank for instance) , we may need an extra day as well. The average processing and distribution time for orders is less than 3 days, but for more information on this or to verify your approximate delivery time using your postal code , please visit our shipping page. 

Do you ship to New Zealand?

We don’t currently don’t ship to NZ at this stage.

Do you have Laybuy or Afterpay?

Unfortunately, we do not offer Afterpay at this time. Please check back later when this option is available. 

Can I get a refund if my purchase is not suitable?

As long as your purchase meets the requirements of our Returns Policy, then 100% YES! We offer 30 Day Returns & Exchanges. Just email us at hello@balloonshop.com.au to get things started. We'll be in touch within one working day. Some purchases may incur a restocking fee if it's a custom order. We will let you know either way. 

Can I exchange for a different balloon colour or my items I have purchased?

We don't have an exchange program currently – but we're happy to help you get the right product. Just put another order online for the items you require, then contact us at hello@balloonshop.com.au to let us know that you would like to refund your original piece.

We will then process a refund for your original item/s once it’s been returned to us and meets the returns criteria. Balloon Shop does not carry 100% everything in our warehouse, and some items are sent directly from our supplier.

Do you offer a balloon delivery service or decorating service?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a delivery or personal decorating service this stage and our website is built around the DIY customer looking for the best selection of balloons and party supplies online at the best available price. We have our awesome support team that will ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. All balloons arrived un-inflated on arrival.
