Returns and Exchanges including our 100% satisfaction guarantee
BalloonsShop Australia prides itself with the quality of our products we sell. If for any reason you are not happy with anything you buy from us, simply contact us within 10 business days of receipt of your goods for a full refund or exchange.
Shipping charges are only refundable if:
1. We made an error with your order;
2. There is damage to your order during shipping
If you have purchased the wrong size or colour or you are not entirely happy with your purchase, BalloonShop Australia will offer an exchange or credit note to the value of the item purchased, under the following conditions:
1. All products must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the goods;
2. The product/s must be as new (unused and undamaged) and with their original packaging intact;
To organise a refund or exchange of goods call us on 1300 137 314 or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, product code and reason for exchange.
Apart from returns for damaged products, all products must be returned to BalloonShop Australia in a saleable condition. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all returns are packaged so as to prevent damage in transit. Please enclose a copy of your receipt and the return form.
In the unlikely event that a product is damaged in transit to you, please send us a digital photograph of the damaged goods by email, quoting your order number and the product item within 10 days of receipt of the item to: email@example.com. Our Customer Service Manager will then contact you to speak about an appropriate solution for you.
When a product is returned to us, BalloonShop offers a refund or exchange for goods to the same value to the value of the items purchased.
Delivery costs (including packaging and handling fees) are not refundable. Our exchange policy does not apply if the product(s) have been used, worn, soiled or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. It is suggested that you insure your return package as BalloonShop cannot be held responsible for any product lost or damaged in the post.

Availability of stock
BalloonShop Australia strives to keep all items in stock in quantities to meet your requirements; however like with all retail businesses, some items will sometimes run low, be discontinued without the knowledge of BalloonShop Australia or be backordered by our supplier. Items on our website are "Available" to the best of our knowledge, available to ship to you within the advertised timeframe.
If an item you have ordered is unavailable in the advertised timeframe, our staff will contact you as soon as we are aware of an issue to let you know and provide you with the option to replace or refund your order. If we cannot contact you within 5 days, we will ship your order without the missing product and refund you the money for the out of stock item.

Goods will be dispatched upon receipt of order form and processing of payment. If you pay by Direct Debit (electronic funds transfer), please include a print-out of the transfer receipt. Goods paid for by cheque, money order or direct deposit will not be dispatched until payment has cleared. Please consider this may take up to 7 working days in some cases. All transactions are in Australian Dollars.
