Balloon Shop Australia deliver anywhere in Australia for ONLY $9.95 . Subject to the Terms and Conditions below.


Terms and Conditions of Delivery

1. The above noted delivery rate is for all standard delivery of orders.

2. If you require your goods the next Business Day or require it via Express Post method we will charge you from $14.95 for Brisbane, Melbourne, Canberra and Sydney, from $17.95 for Perth, Adelaide and Tasmania for a standard Priority Express satchel (500g - 3kg). Please note that next Business Day delivery only applies for destinations within the Australia Post Express and or Courier network. Once the goods leave our warehouse we can only estimate the delivery time frame & therefore BalloonShop Australia cannot be responsible if the goods are not delivered in time.

We will contact you if the delivery address falls outside the next Business Day delivery network. When we receive an order that does not fit these requirements we will contact you with a quote price for your approval prior to shipping. Please note that all next Business Day delivery orders have to be received before 10am Queensland time in order for us to pack and get it to the courier.

NB: Northern Territory is exempt from next Business Day Express Post delivery as all parts of Northern Territory fall outside of the Express Post network.

3. If your order contains excessive weight or size we will contact you with a freight quote for your approval prior to shipment.

4. Sparklers, Party Poppers and Aerosal Cans are subject to the Dangerous Goods Code and can only be shipped by Road Courier and WILL incur additional shipping costs.

5. All 10cm, 22cm and mini shape air filled foil balloons are unable to be shipped by express post due to them being too fragile to transport in satchels and are also classed as a restricted product by airlines (can explode or pop in transit). Large items like Pinatas, Photo Props & Tablecloth Rolls may incur an additional freight charge due to their large size and weight. All Tablecloth Rolls, Photo Props, Pinatas (excludes flat pack Pinatas), Sign In Sheets and other miscellaneous large items are not able to go via Priority Express Post due to their size, shape and weight and therefore can only be shipped by Road. Please contact us for more information as to which miscellaneous products are excluded from next business day delivery.

6. BalloonShop Australia reserves the right to select the method of shipment and the courier.


Order Processing and Delivery Times

BalloonShop Australia prides itself on speedy processing and shipping of all orders.

We pay particular attention to the 'Special Event Date' specified by you in the 'Comments' area and every effort is made to ensure we meet this requirement. If for some reason we cannot do so we will immediately notify you of the change.

Please allow 1 to 3 working days for delivery of your order to most capital cities and up to 4-8 working days for delivery to most regional areas. Remote Tas, WA and SA deliveries may take longer.

What is your return policy?

Goods found to have manufacturing defects will be replaced at no charge. All claims must be approved for return prior to the return of the goods. Claims for faulty stock must be reported to Balloon Shop Australia within three (3) days of the receipt of the order. Any discrepancy (pricing, quantity, taxes etc) should be reported to us immediately. This will ensure prompt corrective action on our part. A copy of the relevant invoice must accompany returned items.

All items returned are subject to individual inspection. Any item found not to be our product or not showing a manufacturing defect will not be allowed. We will not replace foil balloons which have been overblown, as indicated by tears along the seam area; burned, or have puncture holes; poorly sealed as evidenced by wrinkles in the neck of a heat-sealed balloon (when supplied flat), exposed to moisture of any form; roughly handled, improperly stored, or balloons exposed to high temperatures or direct sunlight.

It is your responsibility to pay for the return freight costs. Any returns arriving COD or collect will be refused. Seasonal items will not be accepted for return after the end of the particular season. Returns must be in original package quantities. Part packages will not be accepted for return.
